On December 6th 2013, ACF Design Group brought itsinterior designer team and new products of 2013 ACF HOME onto the stage ofannual grand Guangzhou Design Week.

The 8 years’ old Guangzhou Design Week ischaracterized by its academic, business and International features. It is becomingthe most dynamic business platform in international design industry in Chinaand Asia. The spotlight of the Week is the Annual Design Award – Chinese DesignAward (CDA) that draws the eyes of all masters and promising young designers.Formerly known as the Kapok Design Award, it transformed in 2012 and shiftedits favor to designs that carry more Chinese DNA. This year’s designs areawarded under the judging criteria of “Universe, Man, Integration, and One”.Infused with Chinese DNA, they cater to the taste of Chinese as well asaudiences from across the world.

CDA-Kapok Design Award held its grandceremony at the forum area of Poly World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 2 on thenight of December 6th. ACF sponsored Dutch designer Henny van Nistelrooy wonthe Honorable Mentions for his 2014 new YIFUSofa Series. New promising designer Junxing Cai won the 2013 CDA Best ofthe Best Design of the Year for his Bambooand Wooden Chair SAN.
