September is the time when school starts, and it is thetime for ACF to welcome our new hires. 14 new members ushered in their firsttraining course.

The one-day course was both fulfilling and fascinating.They covered the history of the Group, our new business model, our original brandsand interior design cases along with corporate rules and regulations as well asstaff welfare and benefits. Besides sharing from the department of marketing,channeling and human resource, our founders Xin Wong and Xin Li also joined thelecturers’ team to share the mission and vision of ACF, and listened to the freshmen’sthoughts and expectations of ACF.

After spending a day together, everybody had a betterunderstanding of the new environment and developed a closer relationship withtheir new colleagues and the leadership.
